Please join us on Saturday September 19th, 2009 for a quarter auction!
Doors will open at 5pm and the auction will start at 6pm. This quarter auction will benefit the church, so please come out and show your support! Paddles will be ONE for $2.00 or THREE for $4.00.
So, what’s to eat? The church will have hotdogs, nachos, chips and soda for sale should you choose to come hungry. You will have the chance to win great items from many vendors while helping the church raise money!
What if I’ve never been to a Quarter Auction and want to know how it works?
When you arrive you will purchase a numbered paddle much like at a regular auction. For each paddle you purchase a ball with your paddle number will be placed in the bin. For every bid you place you will put an assigned number of quarters in the bowl on your table based on the value of the item. You then hold up your paddle and the caller will begin drawing numbers. If you number is drawn you WIN so yell loud and proud so all can hear you! If you did not bid and your number is drawn simply yell “No Bid” and we will continue drawing until someone who has bid wins!
What vendors will be attending?
Some of the vendors include: Celebrating Home, Something Sweet, Bags and More, Longaberger, Tastefully Simple, Pampered Chef, Partylite and more…
